Gift Fund Withdrawal Terms & Policy

Last updated October 23, 2026

INTRODUCTION AND APPLICATION

Must Celebrate (MC) is an event-planning, booking, payments and supplier-discovery platform operated by ARCAMOR TECHNOLOGIES OPC (ARCAMOR). This document establishes the terms applicable to the persons and activities described below. Related policies and transaction-specific schedules are incorporated where clearly disclosed and applicable.

Contractual provisions, prices and schedules presented before a transaction are to be interpreted alongside mandatory Philippine law. Nothing herein deprives any person of a non-waivable statutory or regulatory right.

COMMON DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

Must Celebrate / MC — the Must Celebrate mobile application, website, event-related services and marketplace operated by ARCAMOR TECHNOLOGIES OPC; MC is a platform name and not a separate legal entity.

Must Celebrate Processing Fee — a separately disclosed User-facing charge for a qualifying transaction, distinct from the Vendor Platform Fee.

Vendor Platform Fee — the fee contractually payable by the Vendor to ARCAMOR under the relevant tier or specific agreed fee schedule.

Payment Service Provider — an authorized external payment facilitator, such as PayMongo or another supported bank or regulated provider, handling relevant processing or payout services.

PHILIPPINE LEGAL FRAMEWORK

These provisions are interpreted consistently with applicable Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 11967 (Internet Transactions Act of 2023) and its implementing rules; Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines); Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act); Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules; and the Civil Code of the Philippines. Payment and financial-service arrangements are also subject, to the extent applicable to the relevant person or provider, to Republic Act No. 11127 (National Payment Systems Act), Republic Act No. 11765 (Financial Products and Services Consumer Protection Act), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas regulations, payment-network requirements, and other binding rules. These references do not assert that ARCAMOR holds a banking, e-money, remittance or operator-of-payment-system license. Mandatory consumer, privacy and regulatory rights prevail over any inconsistent provision.

PURPOSE, SCOPE AND OPERATIVE TERMS

1. Scope and Purpose

These withdrawal terms govern the release of eligible, cleared funds from an Event-linked Gift Fund to the verified Host. They do not turn the Gift Fund into a deposit product, savings account, investment, general-purpose wallet, remittance facility or free-form person-to-person transfer service. A withdrawal is supported only through an approved operating and payment-provider arrangement.

2. Eligible Host and Event

A withdrawal may be initiated only by the Host controlling the relevant legitimate Event, using the same verified MC account and subject to sufficient cleared, eligible available balance. A co-host or event guest does not gain automatic cash-withdrawal rights merely by being invited to manage an Event.

3. Event Relationship and Beneficiary

Gift Fund contributions are linked to a specifically identified Event. The Host must not use another person’s Event, stolen identity or misleading event description to gather money. Withdrawals are limited to the authorized Event beneficiary and verified destination account according to the payment partner’s rules.

4. Pre-Event Cash Withdrawal Restriction

Cash withdrawal before the actual Event date is ordinarily disabled. This restriction helps maintain the declared Event-related purpose. Contributions may remain usable for eligible direct Vendor bookings if permitted by the Gift Fund Terms. Any exceptional release requires a documented, legally supportable process and provider support; no pre-event cash-out entitlement is created.

5. Seven-Day Post-Event Protection Period

The standard withdrawal window opens only after seven (7) full calendar days following the applicable recorded Event date, unless law or an applicable provider agreement requires a different treatment. MC may need confirmation of the Event date, completion, cancellations or unresolved disputes before releasing the balance. Timing of eligibility is not a guarantee of bank crediting on that day.

6. Calendar Date, Time Zone and Rescheduled Events

Eligibility windows are calculated using Philippine Standard Time unless the applicable transaction flow clearly provides otherwise. If the Event is rescheduled, the withdrawal-release calculation may follow the updated, verified Event date. False or repeatedly manipulated Event dates may trigger verification or restriction.

7. Identity Verification and KYC

Before first withdrawal, the Host must complete required identity checks, including mobile verification and, when reasonably necessary, a valid identification document, name verification, source-of-funds checks, account details and other information required by a regulated provider or applicable law. Additional verification may apply to unusually large, inconsistent or risky withdrawals.

8. Verified Host-Owned Destination

Funds may ordinarily be paid only to a bank or wallet account belonging to the verified Host. Payments to unrelated third parties, anonymous accounts, arbitrary recipient wallets or unverified business accounts are not ordinarily permitted. A mismatched recipient may be rejected or held pending a lawful verification process.

9. Minimum Amount and Processing Fee

Each ordinary withdrawal request must be at least ₱500 in eligible balance and is subject to a separately disclosed ₱20 Must Celebrate Processing Fee upon a completed withdrawal transaction unless waived. The User must see any additional third-party payout fee and the expected net transfer before authorizing the request. A failed or rejected withdrawal will not automatically incur a completed-withdrawal fee.

10. Per-Transaction, Daily and Rolling Limits

The ordinary maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱50,000; the maximum aggregate per Host per calendar day is ₱100,000; and the maximum aggregate per Host in any rolling thirty (30)-day period is ₱250,000. An account’s actual available cleared Gift Fund balance remains the overriding maximum. A payment provider or compliance assessment may require stricter limits.

11. Definition of Cleared and Available Balance

Contributions displayed as pending, unsettled, disputed, reversed, refunded, charged back, pledged to a Vendor booking, restricted or otherwise reserved do not form part of Withdrawable Balance. MC may display the ledger balance and withdrawable balance separately, with an appropriate explanation for unavailable amounts.

12. Withdrawal Flow and Irrevocability

The Host reviews eligibility, the amount, destination, processing fee, net proceeds and estimated provider processing period, then affirmatively submits the request. Pending requests may be cancellable only before payment transmission. Once a provider processes a payment, reversal may be limited or unavailable. MC will record the status and reference number.

13. Processing and Delays

Successful verification and lapse of the seven-day period do not guarantee instantaneous payout. Disbursement depends on applicable provider operating hours, batch processing, banking holidays, maintenance, wallet limits, anti-fraud review and account correctness. ARCAMOR shall not represent a payout as completed unless it has reasonable provider confirmation.

14. Failed, Returned and Reversed Transfers

If a payout fails, the affected funds must be reconciled to the correct Event ledger or returned in accordance with provider processes and law. Any actual, nonrecoverable third-party charge must be disclosed and allocated lawfully. A returned transfer does not automatically increase available funds until the refund or return has cleared.

15. Contributions, Chargebacks and Recovery

A contributor’s completed payment may be later challenged or reversed through an authorized payment method. MC may adjust recorded balances, impose reasonable holds and seek lawful reimbursement from a Host whose payout was financed by reversed or fraudulent contributions, subject to due process and applicable law.

16. Fraud, AML and Security Restrictions

MC and its financial-service partners may block or investigate apparent laundering, financial scams, fabricated events, related-party circular transactions, prohibited uses, account takeover, sanctions risks and unauthorized withdrawals. Applicable legal reports and confidentiality requirements may override ordinary notification practices. MC does not promise to independently perform regulated activity reserved for an authorized provider.

17. Cancellation, Nonoccurrence and Disputes

If an Event is cancelled, disputed, misrepresented or fails to occur, automatic withdrawal may be suspended while the legal ownership and appropriate handling of contributions are assessed, in accordance with Gift Fund Terms, contributors’ rights and applicable law. A cancelled Event does not automatically entitle the Host to unrestricted cash-out of remaining amounts.

18. Contributor Privacy and Gift Visibility

The Host can view lawful contribution and fund information required for Event administration. A contributor’s name may be concealed from public displays where an anonymity choice is offered, but provider records and lawful verification may still require identifying data. Other contributors must not gain access to a Host’s full withdrawal information or confidential identity documentation.

19. Protection of Withdrawal Data

Host identity, payout account information, government identification and security metadata are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and proportionate access rules. Such information may be shared with designated financial-service providers and legally entitled authorities only to the extent necessary and lawful.

20. Taxes and Financial Obligations

Each Host is responsible for assessing applicable tax or reporting duties relevant to their circumstances. MC may supply available transaction records and make legally required deductions or disclosures. MC does not represent all contributions as tax-exempt or provide personalized tax advice.

21. Changes to Withdrawal Rules

Future modifications to fees or limits must be reasonably disclosed and comply with binding law and provider obligations. A change will not retrospectively convert a completed lawful withdrawal into an unlawful debt or deprive a party of mandatory rights. Features may be suspended when continued operation would be unlawful or technically unsupported.

22. Account Closure, Disability or Death

Closure, suspension, loss of credentials, incapacity or death of a Host does not authorize unrestricted transfer of funds to an unrelated person. ARCAMOR will process a properly supported request through its provider in accordance with applicable succession, estate, identity, fraud and court requirements, and may demand additional documents.

23. Complaints and Dispute Redress

The Host may contact MC support regarding rejected requests, incorrect fees, delayed transfers, balance mismatches or unauthorized withdrawals. MC shall provide records, explanation and escalation where practicable. Financial-service complaints concerning a regulated provider may also be directed to the competent provider and regulator under applicable rules.

24. Regulatory Operating Condition

Actual transfer, fund safeguarding and settlement mechanisms must be performed under an appropriate authorized provider arrangement as required by Philippine law. No published policy language by itself authorizes ARCAMOR to collect, hold, pool, transmit or issue electronic money where licensing, registration or other regulatory authorization is required.

No such term shall override applicable data-privacy requirements or other non-waivable statutory rights.

ARCAMOR TECHNOLOGIES OPC may amend or update this Policy in accordance with applicable law. Updates shall be appropriately dated, made reasonably accessible through Must Celebrate / MC and communicated to affected persons where notification is required.

Unless otherwise required by law or validly agreed by the affected parties, amendments shall apply prospectively and shall not retroactively change confirmed transactions or remove accrued rights and obligations.
