Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Must Celebrate app or website, operated by ARCAMOR TECHNOLOGIES OPC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Who can use Must Celebrate

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.

Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used to mislead others, or is used to harm someone.

Planning events and inviting guests

You are responsible for the events you create and the people you invite. Only add a guest''s contact details when you have a reason to contact them. Do not use invitations to send marketing or messages people have not asked for.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photos, text and files you upload. You give us permission to store and display them so the service can work - for example showing an album photo to the guests of that event.

Content is screened automatically before it is published. We may refuse or remove anything that is unlawful, sexual, hateful, threatening, harassing, or that impersonates someone else. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Bookings with vendors

Must Celebrate connects customers with vendors. The agreement for the service itself is between you and the vendor, including what is delivered, when, and the vendor''s own cancellation and refund policy. We are not the supplier of those services.

Vendors are responsible for describing their services accurately, honouring confirmed bookings, and holding any licences their work requires.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayMongo. Prices are shown in Philippine pesos and include any amounts stated at checkout.

• Booking deposits and balances are paid to the vendor through the platform.
• Gift-fund contributions are collected for the event host.
• Moments storage plans are paid to us and apply to your account.

Refund requests are reviewed against the vendor''s cancellation and refund policy. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method and can take several days to arrive.

Moments storage

Each album has a photo allowance, an upload window and a retention period based on its plan. Photos are deleted automatically once the retention period ends - 30 days after the event on the Free plan, 6 months on Celebration Plus, and 12 months on Celebration Premium. Download the photos you want to keep before then.

Things you must not do

• Break the law, or use the service to harm, harass or deceive anyone
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours
• Interfere with the service, or use it to send spam
• Take payments outside the platform for bookings arranged on it

Availability

We aim to keep Must Celebrate running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features, and we will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

Our responsibility

We provide the platform. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of vendors, guests or other users, for events that do not go to plan, or for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You may stop using Must Celebrate at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken. Confirmed bookings and payments already made are handled under the terms that applied when they were agreed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and significant changes will be announced in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
